The first presentation will be given by Steen Enrico Andersen (Architect MAA, intl. assoc. AIA Senior partner, PLH architects). He will be presenting to us “RESORTS FOR WORK - ACOMMONDATING GEN Z IN THE WORKPLACE”.
In Denmark, 75% of the workforce will be generation Y (born 1977-1995 and generation Z (born 1996-2015) in 2025. Generations with high expectation to a collaborative workplace. Both the physical and mental environment will be important in attracting and retaining a young demanding generation. The presentation include concepts and ideas for a healthy work environment supporting resilience in the workplace.
The second presentation will be given by Laura Duksaitė-Iškauskienė (Managing Partner, executive search company “Master Class Lietuva). Laura will give a speech about "Depression or life-work balance in 2050?".
Work is good for mental health, but a negative work environment can lead to physical and mental health problems. Current Generation (Millennials) are more likely to suffer mental health issues than any previous generation. Labour market is tremendously changing every 5 years. To have a possibility to adapt yourself is significantly important.
