The Danish transport & logistics group, 3P Logistics Ltd celebrates 15 years in business on Thursday 16th April.
3PL established its Baltic headoffice in Vilnius in 2007, and today has 30 people employed locally in Vilnius only. The groups main activities are airfreight, seafreight, warehouse solutions, project shipments and east /west distribution and logistics.
The major shareholder in the group is the Danish businessman Mr. Paw Kristensen, and local shareholder is the Vilnius born Mr. Vilmantas Ladyga. Today the company stands as a financially strong, qualityoriented and competitive supplier within global transport and logistics.
With several offices across Europe, and a strong global partnerplatform 3PL has become a strong and successful name in the Lithaunian and Baltic transport field over the past years.
A small statement from the CEO and majorshareholder Paw Kristensen.:
”What I am most happy and proud about in my business career is the international business acheivement I/we have made over the years. I am very proud of our strong development in Lithuania. Thats something really to be proud about for me. To run a company in your home country, in my case in Denmark, is manageable - but running and building an international company is a completely different story.
We are all proud and humbled to have reach 15 years in very good and fit form. The pride is not less, when we take into consideration that 3PL was founded in Denmark, in 2005, just before the worst global recession in history roamed from 2007 till 2013. We have done very well through the entire period. Thats a fantastic acheivement. However, as a group we understand that tomorrow is a new day, with new challenges. Things are changing very quickly now a days, and no matter how big company, then we must be agile and ready for change at any time. I always follow my principle ”Stay tougher than the rest, and You will end amoung the best”
